Why No Returns or Replacements?

2. Once opened or handled, its quality and purity can no longer be guaranteed.
3. To maintain our uncompromised quality standards, we do not restock or reuse returned items.

Exceptions (If Applicable)

While we do not offer returns or replacements, if your package arrives damaged or incorrect, please reach out to us within 48 hours of delivery at support@saffrogold.com We will evaluate your concern and respond accordingly.
